ECHOES OF LIBERTY
In honor of America's 250th anniversary (Semiquincentennial), we invited artists to bridge the past and the present. How can historical objects and contemporary art create meaningful dialogue about liberty, freedom, and the pursuit of happiness?
Based on 10 artifacts from the Wayland Museum Historical Society collection, each artist created an artwork inspired by these pieces and the theme.
Exhibit date: May 1st - May 30th at the Arts Wayland Gallery
