Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns accepted policy
- If your item arrived damaged or is the wrong item.
- Product not as expected - Didn't match description, quality not as expected.
No returns accepted policy
- Product style issue - If you’re unsure about the item, please contact us for more information and pictures before purchasing.
- Changed mind, found better price - We are sorry, but we cannot offer returns for these reasons at this time.
If you have an returns accepted condition as described above:
Please contact us by email theW@artswayland.com to request a refund with the following information:
- photos of wrong/damaged items
- your order number
- any other details you may have about your order
- include your phone number so that we can call you
This should be done within 7 to 10 days of your receiving your item.
We will review your return/refund request within 7 to 10 business days of receiving it and email you back or call you.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund too.
If a return is required, you should return the item within 7 to 10 business days. When we receive the item we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days.
Return of item
- You should items within 7 to 10 business days of being approved for a refund.
- We will cover the cost of return postage, if applicable.
- We will notify you of the address to use for returns.
