ARTS WAYLAND INTERNSHIP 2026

The Arts Wayland Internship initiative will increase capacity and build a sustainable future by investing in people, and ensuring that Arts Wayland (AW) becomes a more equitable, accessible, and thriving creative hub. AW staff hopes to collaborate with interns to learn about current artistic trends, connect with emerging artists, and reach beyond the boundaries of our current community. This program will spark a cycle of conversation and growth for Interns, Staff, and Board, while expanding the pipeline of diverse and community-rooted talent in the arts.
Interns at Arts Wayland generally work between 6 and 8 hours per week and their schedule can be crafted in collaboration with Arts Wayland staff around existing commitments and Arts Wayland events.
We are seeking two interns for the Spring semester that will run February - May/June 2026 with a schedule built in collaboration with Arts Wayland staff around existing commitments. This is a stipend position and the Spring Interns will be offered $1,000 for the full term of their internship.
