About Joe McGill
I have been a woodturner for about 20 years. I am fascinated by what is behind the bark. While I have primarily made functional objects I have explored various coloring, texturing, and burning techniques to emphasize aspects of wood. My latest exploration involves the use of a high speed dental tool to pierce and texture the turned form.
