Liquid Spine Toddler Dance Class - Fall 2026

Dive into movement and imagination with Liquid Spine! In this playful six-week dance series, young dancers ages 3–5 will explore creative movement inspired by the ocean while learning to express stories through dance. Through imaginative play and guided movement, children will build spatial awareness, explore the space around them, and develop age-appropriate movement skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Led by Liquid Spine instructor Jami Adams, the class introduces young dancers to Liquid Spine fundamentals and culminates in a short ocean-inspired choreography piece.
