About Judith Stein
I am a mixed media artist with a studio in Needham. My favorite painting medium is oil paint mixed with cold wax. I love the transparency, body, and luminosity that the cold wax adds to the oil paint. Various textures can easily be embedded into the paint and multiple layers can be added without waiting for the oil paint to dry.
