This portrait is executed in oil paint on stretched canvas. It aims to capture likeness, as well as, the spirit of the subject. In this commissioned piece, the buyer requested flowers in the background because her mother loved to garden. It was executed from a photograph, but can also be done from life. The finished piece will be ready to frame.
