Is there a song inside you trying to burst forth? Are you stuck on writing the perfect bridge? Need some help deciding on the right lyric to express your emotions? Do you just need some inspiration?
Be a part of Arts Wayland’s new Songwriter Woodshed! Led by our own music events coordinator and experienced songsmith Steve Robb (steverobb.com) this revolving group will be limited to six songwriters who will each enjoy 20 minutes of positive critique and suggestions from the five others.
The first Songwriter Woodshed takes place on August 25th, 7:30 - 9:30pm. Anyone interested in participating should provide an e-mail address to Steve at ‘waylandguitarguy@gmail.com’ with the subject heading ‘Songwriter Woodshed’.
The Woodshed will occur monthly on different nights of the week. A Sign up Genius link will be sent out two weeks prior to the next Woodshed. Arts Wayland members may participate free of charge, others are asked to donate $15 to Arts Wayland. Interested spectators and aspiring songwriters are welcome to listen in!
