The flow of the river making its way through the thick growth and tall trees reminds me of our travels through life meeting and overcoming barriers in our paths. This image is printed on archival textured matte paper, double matted, and framed in a thin black metal frame under non-glare acrylic.

The images in this exhibit are all infrared captures—one has been processed as black & white, the other two are processed with some visible light/color added. Nature has many faces that are revealed during quiet walks through forests or along waterways. Presenting our world in unusual ways encourages us to think about life differently and to walk into a fantasy world of our own imaginations. Infrared offers up this alternative world for us to enjoy.
