About Deborah Perugi
I was introduced to art at a young age by my Italian grandfather who was a marble sculptor from Carrara. I continued with Art study in high school and an art major at Penn State University. After many classes in design and painting over the years, I recently, I built a studio where I can paint larger acrylic paintings on canvas. I design and paint bold curvilinear blocks of color and textures and experiment with abstraction, color and mark making while focusing on color, shape and contrasts..
