About Celia Judge
Celia has been painting since she received her first set of oils at 13. She is a representational painter with an impressionistic style. In her own words, “The camera is a tool that records detail impartially and is not how I see. What is valued and important visually is in focus and I can make judgments on how I want to paint it with detail, love of a new creation and care of edges that make a unified oneness of being - all using pigments, values, and composition that limits cameras! The artist is able to move and accentuate or minimize elements in the field of vision.
These judgments are unique to being creatively human and honoring our vision at the same time!”
