In the morning, you’ll learn how to create your own mosaic tiles (tesserae) with polymer clay (Sculpey III or Primo) using a variety of techniques including stamping, painting, and gold leafing. You’ll also discover techniques for embellishing clay with mica powder, Rub 'N Buff and other colorants.
In the afternoon, you’ll combine your clay tiles with glass, beads, recycled jewelry and paint to make a keepsake box or a picture frame.
This workshop is open to students at all levels.
