Call for Artists and Artisans - Wayland Fest 2025

October 4, 2025 (October 5 Raindate) | 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We are inviting you to participate in our Artist Pavilion at our upcoming Wayland Fest in October 2025.  This event combines several well-attended events from recent years: Multicultural Festival, Touch a Truck, and Arts Wayland Expo. There will be food trucks, live music performances,  a multicultural pavilion, artisans and more! We are expecting a very large turnout. Based on previous events, Wayland Police are expecting 3,000+ attendees.

Each vendor will be allocated a 10x10 space.

Entry fee

- $50/Member
- $60 Non-Member.

Only original work by the artist is allowed to be sold. Vendors will be handling their own sales. There will be no commission/charge other than the entry fee.   Vendors must supply their own tents (if needed) tables, chairs, and display walls.   Although it is voluntary, we hope that each artist will donate one item to Arts Wayland’s fund-raising raffle.

Deadline for applying is: 8/1/25

Artisans will be notified by 8/15/25, if your application to participate in the Wayland Fest has been accepted. 

Payment will be due by 8/22/25. If we do not receive payment by August 15, we will give your spot to the next artisan on our waitlist.
